  Amanda a sales associate at Madera was very rude when i returned 3 pairs of shoes because they were half a size too big. I kept the same shoes in the correct size at home because i loved them. I would give Amanda 0 stars if possible. I purchased over 15 shoes for my family at the shaw and brawley location because i also loved them. That manager was super amazing. But Amanda from the Madera payless questioned where I lived...called the fresno store to verify my recipt...and had an issue i had used a coupon. Then Amanda examined each pair of shoes and implied with her tone of voice that they were used. Then she said they don't sell used shoes. Please note that shoes were returned a couple of days after purchase with original packaging and recipt and were obviously not used.
