  I would have given this hotel a decent rating had it not been for one very rude staff member. I didn't get her name, but she apparently is the lead maid (slightly overweight Mexican-American woman with longish hair). She accused me of stealing towels, and approached me in a very condescending fashion. I get that many people who stay here probably do actually steal towels and trash the facility, but the way this woman approached and treated me was completely out of line.
  If I am ever in Madera, CA again, I would just as soon sleep in my car than stay at a hotel that employs such a rude staff member.
